Bleeding can occur for weeks after an ablation, but usually it stops within a few days. The type of ablation makes a difference. If you had a balloon ablation, the endometrial tissue may not be completely destroyed. Also if you did not have a course of lupron to "dry up" the endometrium before the ablation, regardless of how it was done, you may have bleeding. It's best you call your doc since he/she knows what was done.
