Even the best of us are fooled when guessing whether a baby will fit through particular a pelvis. A "small" pelvis should really have little affect on the development of a baby. The real concern comes during labor if the baby won't fit. This is the most common reason for c-sections. Don't be concerned about the size of your pelvis - the bones do separate during the pregnancy, and worst case- c-sections are very routine procedures.
