Reply: anonymous@obgyn.net: "Re: question on uterus size after myomectomy." It's been 9 months since my myomectomy for 18 week sized fibroids. Two were 11 cms. I had it done out of state and recovered very well. So, I didn't get a follow up exam. I just had a pelvic exam and the Dr. said that my uterus was about 10 weeks. I am 47 and having menopusal symptoms. I'm wondering if it is normal for my uterus to be a little enlarged after such a surgery.
