This is done in a lab. A urinalysis (UA) is done in the Drs. office, and doesn't show sensitivities for antibiotics, unless the Dr. has a lab in his office that shows this type of thing. A C&S takes a full three days for the results to become final. A UA is done in just a few seconds. Hope this helps.
