Just trying to understand for sure.

Although, when they can cause pain during ovulation when the egg is released. I'm not a Dr., but I would think the swelling of the tubes could theoretically cause pain, but I don't know, so don't go by me. What does your Dr. say? When they did the laparoscopy did they mention adhesions? Although, surgery can cause adhesions, so maybe that is something you are now dealing with, that you might not have been dealing with before.

I was just handed this option yesterday, but after talking with others, and talking with my OBGYN, I've decided this is not the option for me right now. I too am young (33, almost 34, but I sometimes feel 90!), and there are many things that I have considered in making my decision. It isn't an easy decision, and until you are ready, it isn't one to make until you are completely sure.

I know of many that have had Barium Enema's done. This will show if
there are any abnormalities with your bowels. The IVP will show if
there are any abnormalities with your Urinary Tract. Some go through a
Colonoscopy for the Colon, which is what I have had done in the past
(not for the Endometriosis that I have, but due to strong family history
of Colon CA...so doing a BE was not something that they needed).
