Kristi, It would seem to be related to your ovulation, given the timing. As long as your physician is comfortable with this diagnosis, I would go with it. There isn't really anything that can be done about it. I would be very hesitant to use diuretics because that only introduces an artificial process into a normal physiologic process and doesn't fix anything. Activity during this time may be the best remedy... Lynn
