If you are ..... might I suggest that you ask the doctor if this is a procedure he/she performs routinely. If a doctor only performs one or two of these a year I would encourage you to seek someone who performs more and who has a good reputation. It sounds as if you already have had one 4th degree repair, one reparative surgery (making this the second surgey), .... try to make this your last surgery. Multiple surgeries in this area can lead to futher mucles and nerve damage.... I am NOT saying you can't be cured after two or three surgeries but the highest chance of cure comes with the first surgeries.
