I have had incontinence problems ever since due to the scar tissue that developed as a result of the tear. I have had to repairs to the vaginal floor muscles and one rectal repair. This condition is not improving but worsening. I can't imagine that I am the only person with this problem but rectal surgery seems to be the only alternative I am being offered again.
