You might want to check the archives. The Dr. can see if the hymen was broken, although other things can cause this, such as tampon usage. If I recall, yes, they usually can. The Pap Test won't tell them if you are a virgin or not, but visual exam will allow them to see the hymen. The Pap Test is used to detect problems of the cervix. Hope this helps.
