That's the only place you can have a rectocele, posteriorly.

More likely pregnancy and delivery related than aggressive disimpaction.

Depending upon the extent of the defect, a posterior repair can be with
suturing tissue on each side to recreate a new wall suport or if very
extensive, cadaveric fascia (transplanting "dead-person" tissue) may be
used to repair of cover the posterior rectocele, considered by many as a
"hernia" of the area.

The enterocele needs to be dissected out and repaired. No real recoup
on that end. The posterior repair will be uncomfortable for days to
weeks.
