I have to agree with Dr. Jwang about checking with your dr if the problem continues to persist and trying a different Ortho-Novum. Which dosage of the Ortho-Novum are you on now?

Also I used to have problems with breakthrough bleeding (the bleeding that occurs between periods). I had problems with that for 2 years before I went on the Ovral. I don't have problems with continuous breakthrough bleeding anymore.

You may need to change the brand of your bcp too if that particular brand is causing your problem. It's just a thought.
