I recently (june and july) have been spotting a dark brown almost black blood a few days before I would have my period. I am currently on ortho-novum continuosly and do not have a "period". My concerns are, is the bleeding/color normal?? Is the pelvic pain I get with the bleeding normal?? What are some common causes of such symptoms??
