It isn't likely that you have ovualted twice this month. I have found that many BBT charts are hard to intrepret because things such as getting up to pee in the night or a restless sleep can throw them off. If you have regular cycles, I would count back 14 days from your usual period, and which ever day is closer (18 vs 21), I would use that one.
