This isn't a direct answer to your question, but have you tried the Billings or mucous method of finding out when you ovulate? I have found that much much easier than charting temperatures, although that info I have added to the mucous findings and gets a very accurate picture of when I'm ovulating.

There's lots of info on the Net about this method and have you read Taking Charge of your Fertility by Toni Weschler - that is really excellent and has lots and lots of sample temperature charts for all sorts of eventualities.

Good luck
