hi! i tried to post this before but it didn't seem to work..sorry if this winds up posting twice!! i've been charting my basal temperature for 1 month now. i have a computer program that i type the info into and it charts it for me. i take my temp at the same time every day before i get out of bed. the one day it said i ovulated, i had to get up 2 hours earlier than normal, so the computer automatically adjusted my temp for the time difference. that was the 18th day. on the 21st day, i took my temp at a regular time and the chart said i ovulated again. is that possible, or should i go with the higher temp, or the day i took it at the normal time? also, does the room temperature affect body temp? for example, the AC didn't kick in last night so i woke up verrry warm in my room. thanks!
