I'm not sure what you mean by posterior and anterior rectocele. A rectocele means that the back wall of the vagina and the rectum behuind it lose support and bulge down out toward the vaginal opening. Usually we can refer to this as losing posterior support. It may be that you have lost a significant amount of support in the entire back wall of the vagina, or that you also have a cystocele, or dropping of the front wall of the vagina and the bladder behind it.
