I have a problem with salt cravings. I have been like this as long as I can remember. When I had my period, which I haven't had one for 3 months now, I craved salt really really bad. It is not food I crave, it is salt. ALL THE TIME!! I don't feel that this is normal, because I am trying to cut back on salt...especially since my blood pressure skyrocketed about a month ago. I am a bit concerned, and a bit curious. Also, are there any medical issues that can cause such a strong craving?
