Abnormal 'normal' paps after surgery

I had LEEP surgery in 1998 to remove moderate/severe dysplasia. Since that time, I've had 6 paps all indicating "ASCUS favoring reactive cellular changes." I was just informed by doc and nurses that is probably now my "normal" reading since the surgery...like a new baseline. Is this normal for women who have undergone LEEP? Should I insist on more testing/treatment?
