Six months ago my boyfriend and I had sex (both of our first time). Since then we've decided not to have intercourse anymore. But that doesn't stop other activities. About a month ago I started getting a burning in my stomach. I went to the PA I always see and she put me on Pepcid AC. By then the lower abdominal pains were just starting. She basically over looked them and I wasn't too concerned. A week later I asked my mom to take me to see a doctor about the pains. They had started mostly on the lower left but then stayed on the right. So we worried about my appendix for something like that. She diagnosed the stomach burning as gastritis and asked me a bunch of questions about my other pains. Basically she said it could be any number of things and if there is a problem it will get worse. I wasn't at all happy with her time with me. She took a urine sample but she never called me so I'm guessing there's no problems. But the pain is worse. I started my period and everything seems normal. A couple weeks ago the pains started and got worse. Then they subsided a little and now they're back. It's an aching feeling. I know it's not cramps. I can feel the difference. And the meds I take for cramps don't seem to help the aching much. I have never gone to a gynocologist. Maybe I need to. But I had to fight my mom to go see the doctor. And I don't want to have to fight again to find out what's wrong. I'm getting very scared by not knowing what's wrong. I could really use any medical or personal advice please. I'm very worried. I have no idea what to think or feel. So any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you for your time in reading this. I await your replies.
