With rollerball, there is more amenorrhea (no periods) whereas with the balloon, there is more "lighter bleeding" but the "acceptability" (no period, light period, normal period) is in the 80-85% range for one procedure and goes up another 5-10% for a repeat procedure. I perform both and have seen equivalent results in the "acceptability" category. HSM
