It is possible that the endo is causing pain, but given the complications you had after your surgery, it still may be scar tissue and adhesions. Although another response says lupron didn't help her, if you haven't tried it, it is the best option to try to shut down the endo (if that's the source of pain). Removal of the other ovary is also an option, but work should be done to try to clear up any remaining adhesions. If you aren't geting good responses from your doc, try to find one that has a lot experience with endo and chronic pain.
