I have just started the pill but ended up beginning it on the last day of my period rather than the first as the instructions said. I've taken six pills so far and I'm desperate to change the dates of my next period to avoid clashing with my holiday. What's my best bet - to stop after a certain number of pills to see whether my period starts, or to carry on into the next pack? I'm taking microgynon, which is a mixed dose pill with no placebos.
