blood pressure meds. during pregnancy

I'm 33 yrs. old, 250 lbs. with high blood pressure currently controlled by 10 mgs. each of Prinivil and Norvasc, and planning my first pregnancy. If I'm able to control BP thru weight loss, diet, and exercise, I'm still a high risk for pre-eclampsia (I think). Are there safe meds to take while pregnant if necessary? I'm TERRIFIED of not being able to carry a healthy pregnancy.
