Willing to try anything The hysterectomy, or rather having your ovaries removed would help, as the loss of estrogen would result in less breast tenderness, but this is a very drastic step that I cannot recommend. There are other ways that your doctor can assist you with, even things as simple as taking Vitamin E every day. -- William D.
