GREAT QUESTION....REALLY....MOST PEOPLE DO NOT REALIZE BUT TO DO A PARAVAGINAL REPAIR THE SLING WILL NEED TO BE TAKEN DOWN TO DO THE REPAIR. LISA--SEND ME A FAX # AND i WILL FAX YOU A PAPER WITH GOOD PICTURES. >
