Any experience with MSM? As I understand, it is a form of sulfur, which is used by various parts of the body. I know several people who have reported that it has done wonders for their muscle/skeletal pain problems, and even helped with depression. I guess it is similar to SAM-e which has been widely studied and used in Europe, but MSM is not as expensive. Just curious what the general thinking is on this stuff?
