If there were no problems, I wonder why an endometrial biopsy was done? Fibroids can cause localized erosion of the endometrium but chronic endometritis can be from cancer, miscarriage, severe hormonal problems causing polypoid growths or some sort of infection. The plasma cells seen with chronic endometritis are quite specific. Since no cancer was shown and no miscarriage was noted, the other two possibilities should be treated with antibiotics IMHO.
