Andrea,

There's an article in this month's Self Magazine about "Anti-Dieting." (My personal favorite diet philosophy--eating healthy without depriving yourself!) Good luck to you! You may want to check that magazine out. Sure it has lots of skinny women who make the toughest workouts look all too easy, but it also has some sane and healthy suguestions for getting in shape and staying in shape. (Painlessly :) It also has a yearly fitness challenge. (I had to drop mine this year b/c of major surgury, but I plan on finishing it out next year and wearing the "I took the Self Challenge and I all I got was this amazing body" tee shirt.) Your body already "knows" what you need to stay healthy, you simply have to listen to it! Good luck to you! And by the way, http://www.asimba.com is a great place to get a training program at any fitness level for any type of activity. Good luck to you! Hope that you have continued sucess and health!
