Every month for about 3-4 days before my period I have a light brownish dischage and very light bleeding. This month I got the light discharge and no period. Then about 2 weeks later I am bleeding very light again with brownish blood. I also have pain in the lower left side. I am concerned because my periods have always been regular. Any thoughts?
