Hi in November of last year I had a presacral neurectomy and it has been a disaster I went to the doctor with right sided pain and a feeling of fullness in my vagina right before ovulation and pain with ovulation. He suggested I have a presacral neurectomy never really explaining it that great to me using big words. I trusted him thought i would be fine. He found alot of adhesions my right ovary and bowel was grown together to adhesions to my stomach wall. And Lots of adhesions to my uterus to my pelvic wall. After finding this he should have known I didn't need a presacral neurectomy now that I have found out exactly what one is. I never told him I had debilitating pain with my periods. It has been six months and I am now seeing another doctor very understanding and sympathetic. Because of the presacral neurectomy I have a dead vagina. I can't feel anything in it or I have no sensation in my vagina or on the outside. Can't feel anything in my inner thighs. Or on areas of my top of my pelvic area. I am completely numb. I am 31 years old and this has been horrible. My sex life is come to a halt. I have been married for 12 years and this part of my life seems to be over. I have no sensation with sex can't get aroused I can't feel anything happening anymore the arousal or the sex. My doctor has tryed me on several medicines so far nothing has worked. I tried Viagra it did nothing for me. If anyone is out there going through these problems please contact me and help me. No doctor seems to be able to help My doctor thinks alot more nerves were cut than should have been and he said all I can do is hope and pray they grow back. But thats alot of hoping and praying.
