It is very uncommon for a 23 yo to have ovarian failure, aalthough it
can happen. I would recommend that you do get some blood work done,
since premature menopause at this age is so unusual. If you have no
insurance, you may want to look for a teaching hospital for care,
especially because a you would be more likely to get a complete
evaluation. There may be other causes for your symptoms, so you seek to
get a firm diagnosis.
