>>> I (age 31) have miscarried three times. Then I was diagnosed with a septate uterus, which I have undergone two surgeries to correct. Followed by taking estrace and progesterone for two months for healing. My doctor now wants me to go through a series of tests, including post-coital, baseline Ultra Sound and Midcycle Ultra Sound along with taking clomid and injections of HCG and being on something to maintain the pregnancy until the third month. Are these tests and proceedures necessary? I have been pregnant three confirmed times. Plus I have tested positive at home at least a dozen more times in the last 5 years. Are these tests just standard operating proceedures, and do I really need all this?
