No, there's absolutely no need for that unless you are severely, severely constipated (I've only seen one case in which I couldn't do an exam due to constipation, and the issue was insertion of the speculum. The rectal exam would not have been a problem.) You're obviously making some great health decisions by delaying intercourse and getting a gyn exam.
