The discharge is probalby normal if htere is no pain, itching, burning or odor

As for the tight muscles, were you ever raped or sexually abused? this is a farily common cause of vaginismus, or tight muscles. You may need to see a counselor -- and it will take time and a lot of working with all your doctors
