well, you got pregnant before....

pregnancy is the number one thing that comes to mind here! also, ovarian cysts, bith control pills or other hormones

Some hormone problem?

maybe I have all the >symptoms, nausea, breast tenderness, abdomen large, tired all the time,

I still wouldn't rule out the pregnancy yet, or an ovarian cyst, unless the ultraosund was done by an experienced doc or tech
