Possible UTI or just contamination from vaginal contents?

Hi I have posted the past few days about blood in my urine after cryosurgery. Well today I had a large amount of blood in my urine and proteins and leukocytes were also found with chemical analysis. Now could this signal a possible infection or could this just be contaniments from my vagina? Could my urinalysis come out positive for all of this due to the composition of the watery discharge I am experiencing following the cryosurgery? I am worried I may have given myself an infection because I had intercourse before I should have and ever since then I have had increasing amounts of blood in my urine. The blood is microscopic I can not see it but the amount is growing by the day. Now I am concerned because I am positive for protein and leukocytes in my urine. Should I be concerned and inform my doc of this? I am just so scared that I just infected my cervix because I had intercourse and although I can't see the blood it is not gross hematuria maybe I did something I shouldn't have to my body. Please anyone help me and put my mind at ease. Thanks
