I have two questions regarding a planned c-section. 1.: I have been told to buy a special girdle to wear almost immediately after the surgery....is this necessary or is it just some cosmetic advice? 2.: Regarding nursing with mother's milk.....if I give birth two weeks or so prior to the original due date, will my milk come in at that point or will it naturally come in later? I definitely want to nurse and I am worried that by having the c-section early as recommended by my doctor, the milk won't come in.
