I think that it is impossible to know for sure at this point. There is really no "right" answer to this situation. I would probably wait a month or so and repeat the colposcopy. I would feel very uneasy relying on the second "normal" findings given the previous finding-infection or not. Pap interpretation can be variable, but I would find it hard to believe that an infection would cause cells to appear severly dysplastic... Lynn
