Amy, First, the bacterial vaginosis has nothing to do with abdominal bloating. You can also get a vaginitis of this type without there being any infidelity, so don't get worked up about that. Regarding the abdominal bloating, if it is enough that you are not able to comfortably wear you normal waist size and this has occured over a relatively short period of time and not gradually over six months to a year, I would certainly see a physician. This is not a normal occurence... Lynn
