Well put, Dr.Wang. I wish that doctors and patients alike didn't have to deal with HMO's or any other insurance this way. I am aware of the costs (financial, emotional, and all otherwise) of being a doctor and just plain getting to the point of being one. To be honest, I love doctors but I sympathise with the lives that you are forced to live. I recently even took a balloon and goodies for doctor and staff to an appointment.
