I wish I could give you golde advice, but on this one you are going to have to wait it out. I have had this scenario twice, 1st pregnancy at 6 weeks a wonderful heartbeat visualized on u/s, that was Miss Priss #2. Pregnancy #2 nothing but a sac seen at 6-7 weeks. This was deemed a blighted ovum and had D&C. Cross your fingers, and I will say a prayer for you!
