Thanks. Pearl I agree with Robin, this could be adhesions from your prior surgery, and will not see them except with a laparoscopy. I have had a few patients with ulceers and pelvic pain, and they improved when the ulcers cleared up. You also must entertain some other GI etiology for your pain, ie Crohn's disease of Ulcerative colitis. Talk to your GYN about further evaluation-refer to a Gastroenterologist or a laparoscopy.
