Abdominal and pelvic pain

In the last two years I have had two surgeries. One was to remove a cyst on my ovary and also remove my appendix, while the other one was to repair a hernia. I have not been the same since. I am always having abdominal pains and cannot stand on my right feet for two long. I have had series of tests, ultrasound and pain injections but to no avail. My obgyn says she has run out of answers and I am considering going to England to have this checked out. I don't want to take out my uterus because I have read about women who have done that and are still in pain. Right now I am on antibiotics because I just found out that I have a bacteria that causes ulcers, and I have just found out that my lymphocytes are elevated. Pls reply as soon as you can. Thanks.
