Your gyn owuld be a good choice. Your pain could be due to the Crohn's or irritable bowel or endometriosis or adhesions or a host of other things.

The CA-125 can be used, along with pelvic exam and ultraosund, to detect some cases of ovarian cancer -- it is most useful in women wiht a strong family history of ovarian cancer, but NOT as a general screening test. It may be elevated in benign conditions like endometriosis too
