Requirements vary and your college counselors can help guide you. As a biology major, I tell you now I wish I had majored in something else -- like art history or anthropology or economics -- because, once you complete all the requirements to get into med school, you really don't need all that extra science.

Meet the requirements for med school, but major in something you love -- if you love biology, great, but don't choose it just becuse you think a doc needs to be a science major. I think hte profession of medicine owuld be better off if less of us were bio and chem majors and more of us were philosophy and art majors!
