Hi Michelle, Sorry to hear of all you are going through, and the loss of your Mother. Have you been back to your GI that diagnosed you with Crohn's and the spastic colon? That might be something you would want to check out. In terms of intercourse being painful. When is it painful? At entry or deeper inside? Could be there is not enough lubrication, but you don't give enough information about that part of your pain. The CA-125 is an Ovarian Cancer marker, but it can elevate in conditions other than Ovarian Cancer. I'm not a Dr., but thought I would try and help out until one of the Drs. can help you out.
