These would include your age, is the cyst a simple cyst on ultrasound, or is it one that has either septations or solid areas with in it. Has it persisted for a month? These ar eall factrors to consider in deciding whether to take it out or when to take it out. If there is no desire for childbearing, a hysterectomy with removal of the ovaries might be considered as opposed to removing the cyst. RDB
