Daniel Braun, MD: "Re: stopping hrt" I have been on hrt for about 10 years. I take premarin 0.625 days 1-25 and provera 10mg days 16-25. I have had no side effects but I feel I have been on it too long and would like to try a more natural approach. I would like to know if I can just stop taking them at the end of the month or should I gradually taper off. If I taper off slowly, can you recommend how I should do it.
