She is now on coumadin. Her menses are exceptionally heavy lasting 10 days, with many clots. She has also had a myomectomy and was told she has adenomyosis. She was on Lupron for six months and was given one shot of depoprovera one month after the Lupron in April. She was fine while on the Lupron, no menses but now she has started having heavy bleeding again. What can she do? She doen't want to have surgery.
