The usual workup of AGUS includes an endometrial biopsy and an endocervical scraping, but these will be deferred during your pregnancy. For that matter, the most recent AGUS pap may well be due to your pregnancy. The colpo is needed, and there is not an alternative other than just ignoring the problem, an infallable way of making matters worse.
